By law, we cannot accept returns of prescription diagnostics or products for reuse or resale. However, if you feel we have made an error, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number.

If you received your order and do not wish to continue with the product, we ask that you dispose of it safely.

We do not currently accept returns or offer refunds for any of our products.

All test kits must be registered and returned to the lab within 3 months of purchase. Any samples that are delivered to the lab after this time will not be processed. We are unable to provide a replacement kit due to expiration.

Allergy test results can only be used to start personalized treatment if the test results are from the last 18 months.
